Friday, Greenpoint to the Prospect Park loop. Three loops and back; 25 miles give or take. Saturday, Rocakaways, and we took the long way, again riding that Prospect Park loop, down to Coney Island, then to the Rocakaways; 36 Miles. Today, repeat Friday, less one loop. 20 miles, then a 4 mile run this evening at McCarren Park.
